TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FEE: The price for the 3 day conference is EUR2698 (EUR 2948 booked after 30July 2009) and includes lunch, refreshments and conference documentation. All fees are subject to UK VAT @ 15%

TAX: Under UK Customs and Excise Regulations, delegates are required to pay 15% UK VAT on any course taking place in the UK

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received in writing before 17th September 2009 will be subject to a service charge of EUR199. The full conference fees remain payable on and after 17th August 2009. Substitutions are welcome at any time. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. This contract is subject to English Law.

Payment

You will be asked to complete a method of payment whilst completing the online conference registration or conference papers purchase form. Delegates must ensure that payment is received before the date of the conference or payment will be required on the day.
